Returns & Refund Policy

At Salsabeel, every item is carefully crafted with love and attention for your child. Since most of our products are made-to-order, we have a specific return and refund policy to ensure fairness for both our customers and our small business.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are only accepted in the case of defective, damaged, or incorrect items received.
  • Requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery by contacting us at [your email/phone] with your order details and photos of the issue.
  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as delivered.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Since our products are handmade and customized on order, we do not accept returns for reasons such as a change of mind, preference, or minor variations in color/texture (as natural wood and handmade items may vary slightly).
  • Books and opened packaging of small toys/accessories cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons.

3. Refunds

  • If your return is approved, you may choose either a replacement product or a full refund (excluding shipping charges).
  • Refunds will be processed through your original method of payment within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

4. Cancellations

  • Orders may only be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
  • After 24 hours, cancellation is not possible as production begins immediately.

5. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are only applicable if you received the wrong item.
  • In such cases, we will cover the shipping costs of the replacement.

6. Responsibility During Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our mistake (wrong or defective product).
  • Please use a trackable courier service for returns to ensure safe delivery.
